At Cloudrest, we believe great sleep should arrive without extra costs or surprises. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders across the UK and EU — no minimum spend required.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship to:

  • United Kingdom (mainland UK; some remote areas like Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Wight, or Northern Ireland may have surcharges or longer times — these will show clearly at checkout if applicable)
  • European Union countries (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Ireland, and most others — full availability appears at checkout)

We do not ship outside the UK and EU at this time. Certain offshore or very remote locations may incur carrier surcharges (displayed during checkout).

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders to eligible UK and EU addresses — no minimum purchase amount.
  • Any rare surcharges (e.g., for very remote UK postcodes or specific heavy/large items) will be clearly shown and calculated at checkout before you pay.
  • All prices include VAT where applicable. Within the EU and to/from the UK, we handle VAT compliance at checkout where required — no unexpected customs duties for standard deliveries within these zones.

We keep it simple: what you see at checkout is what you pay.

3. Delivery Times

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Custom or made-to-order items may take a bit longer (we’ll let you know).
  • Estimated delivery:
    • Mainland UK: 3–7 business days after shipping (often faster for smaller items like pillows or sheets; up to 7 days for full mattresses or bed frames).
    • EU countries: 5–12 business days after shipping (varies by country; quicker to nearby nations like Ireland or the Netherlands).
  • Mattresses and larger items ship compressed and rolled in hygienic, boxed packaging for easier handling and faster transit.
  • Times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to carrier/weather delays. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

4. Delivery Details

  • Standard delivery is to doorstep or curbside (ground floor level). Couriers operate Monday–Friday during business hours.
  • For larger items (mattresses, bed frames): A signature may be required from someone 18+.
  • Upper-floor or apartment deliveries: No stair carry included as standard — please arrange help if needed. Premium white-glove/in-room setup may be available in select areas (extra fee — ask us or check at checkout).
  • If you’re not home: The carrier may leave a card for redelivery or depot collection (additional fees could apply for repeated attempts in some cases).

We recommend checking your package on arrival and contacting us right away if anything looks off (see our Refund and Returns Policy).

5. Order Tracking

Track your package easily with the link/number sent in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, email us at compbest955@gmail.com — we’ll chase it up and sort it out.
  • For damaged, missing, or incorrect items: Send photos of the packaging/product within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including any shipping if it’s our error).
