Refund and Returns Policy

At Cloudrest, we want you to love your new sleep setup. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order (or the delivery date for larger items like mattresses or bed frames).
We recommend giving your mattress at least 14–30 nights of consistent use before deciding — your body often needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface. However, you are free to initiate a return at any point within the 30-day period.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet these conditions:
- Be in original, like-new condition (unused beyond normal trial sleep/use)
- Include all original packaging, tags, law labels (do not remove the white law tag from mattresses), accessories, and documentation
- Be free of stains, pet hair, odors, damage, or soiling
- Not be a custom-made, special-order, or personalized item (if applicable — these are final sale)
We strongly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector from day one to keep your mattress clean and eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or shipping damage):
- Pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, bedding accessories, and other hygiene-related products (opened or used)
- Clearance, outlet, promotional, or “final sale” items
- Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or lack of care
- Items delivered more than 30 days ago
4. Return Process
- Contact us within the 30-day window by emailing compbest955@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if requested)
- We will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days with approval and next steps.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions (including any required labels or pickup arrangements if available in your area).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–10 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We refund the full purchase price of the product (excluding original shipping fees).
- Shipping costs — both to you and for the return — are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping).
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping or offer a full refund including original shipping.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at compbest955@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement (at no cost) or full refund, including shipping, depending on the situation.
